Post-Divorce Modifications and Enforcement

Most people comply with Court Orders resulting from a divorce or related family court matter. But sometimes Orders cannot be met or these Orders are simply ignored. People are unable to abide by an Order for numerous reasons, which may justify the need for Court ordered modifications. Common post-divorce modifications include but are not limited to child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and property distribution. Modifications are far from uncommon. Most divorce agreements address modifications long after a divorce is finalized. While these may occur, post-divorce modifications require substantial life changing situations, which Brick Law can assist to make this possible.
